152nd Open Championship to be played in July 2024

The 152nd Open Championship will be played at Royal Troon in Scotland from July 14-17, 2024. The field for the tournament has been announced, and it includes some of the world's best golfers.

The first 50 players on the Official World Golf Ranking (OWGR) for Week 21, 2024, will be exempt into the Open Championship. The first 30 players in the Final Race to Dubai Rankings for 2023 will also be exempt.

In addition to the exempt players, there will be a number of qualifying events held around the world to determine the remaining spots in the field. These events will be held in the spring and summer of 2024.
